Cut the zucchini into strips and sauté it with a teaspoon of oil and a teaspoon of oyster sauce. Once sautéed, arrange it at the bottom of a plate.
In the same oil as the zucchini, add the squid, previously cut into thin strips, and sauté. Then add the Sea Paprika, Dunaliella Sabor a Mar. The squid will take on a reddish color similar to paprika.
Serve on top of the zucchini and add the piquillo pepper mousse
Decorate with green sprouts of radishes
