Place plain yogurt, milk and sugar in mixing bowl and mix 30 sec / speed 4. Start Heat 37 ° C

Pour the mixture into the yogurt jars (approx. 120 g each) and place the jars in the center of the Varoma container. Cover the jars with their lids or cover them all with a rectangle of loose plastic wrap.

Put the water and ascorbic acid (vitamin C powder) or lemon juice in the glass. Place the covered Varoma in position and start Fermenting 10 h / 70 ° C. Remove the Varoma and put the yogurt jars in the refrigerator.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Place in a bowl the homemade natural yogurt accompanied by a few flakes of oats, chia, fresh blueberries, a little honey and a special touch of 100% natural Phycocyanin, which provides a spectacular color and provides functionality to our body thanks to its antioxidant properties and anti-inflammatory.
