If once the purchase is received you are not satisfied, GOURMET SABOR A MAR allows its exchange or return within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt and as long as the item has not been opened, used or damaged.

You can request a product change or refund of its amount. To exchange a product for another you must proceed to return it for a refund and make a new purchase. All returns must be made in their original packaging, including the invoice inside the box. The return costs will be borne by the customer. Once the product is received in our warehouse, we will verify that it is in good condition and that the seals on the containers have not been modified or broken and we will proceed to send the new item if you have requested a return for exchange or, where appropriate, we will make the refund within approximately 15 days.

If the returned item presents any damage or the weights of the products do not match, the acceptance of the return or exchange may be denied.

In the case of products purchased with third-party promotions or promotional coupons, it will be possible to exchange the product for a coupon of the same amount valid to purchase any product in the store. This coupon can be exchanged for a maximum period of 3 months. The promotions are not cumulative.

How do I receive the money for my refund?

Returns for product exchange will be borne by the buyer, in the event that it is desired to return it, once the product is reviewed, the amount will be paid less the shipping costs of the shipment and the collection of the same.

  • A credit to your credit card account (for payments by credit card), which you can check on the statement of the same. The payment settlement date does not depend on us.
  • If you have paid via PayPal, you will receive the payment in your same PayPal account.
  • If you have paid by bank transfer, we will contact you to request your full account number and make the payment directly to it.
    If you have paid cash on delivery, we will make a transfer to your bank account. For this, we will ask you for the data of the same to make said deposit correctly.

How do I make a return?

If you have made your purchase from the Canary Islands or Ceuta and Melilla, you must process your return through the Post Office. following the steps below:

1- MARK INVOICE: Locate the invoice that we send you with the order and mark the items you want to return.

2- PACKAGING: Pack the items and the invoice together with the exchange / return sheet in the original packaging.

3- REQUEST COLLECTION AND DELIVERY THE PACKAGE: Request the collection of the product through the email info@gourmetsaboramar.com.

4- TTRANSPORTATION AND COLLECTION:  Make the delivery to the carrier.

5-  RECEIVE A REFUND: In the next 15 days you will receive the amount of your refund. In the event that you have requested an exchange, you will receive the new pair within 2 to 3 business days from when we receive the returned item in the warehouse.
